人工智能赋能《旅游接待业》数智化教学转型路径研究

Research on the Digital-Intelligent Transformation Path of Tourism Hospitality Course Enabled by Artificial Intelligence

摘要: 智慧旅游背景下，应用型本科院校《旅游接待业》课程亟须实现数智化转型升级。文章以马勇等编著的《旅游接待业》(第三版)为研究基础，运用文献分析与案例研究方法，系统归纳了四方面突出问题：培养目标与产业数智化需求错位、课程内容更新迟滞于技术迭代、实践教学场景构建存在障碍、教学评价方式单一且缺乏过程性考察。对此，研究提出四条转型路径：重构立体化教学目标体系，打造传统接待理论与数智化技术深度融合的教学内容矩阵，构建人工智能技术深度嵌入的混合式教学方法新形态，建立多维度全过程的动态教学评价机制。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of smart tourism, the Tourism Hospitality curriculum in application-oriented undergraduate institutions urgently needs to undergo digital-intelligent transformation. Based on the third edition of Tourism Hospitality edited by Ma Yong et al., this study employs literature analysis and case study methods to systematically identify four prominent issues: misalignment between training objectives and the digital-intelligent needs of the industry, delayed updating of curriculum content relative to technological iteration, obstacles in constructing practical teaching scenarios, and a singular teaching evaluation approach lacking process-oriented assessment. In response, the study proposes four transformation pathways: reconstructing a three-dimensional teaching objective system, developing a teaching content matrix that deeply integrates traditional hospitality theory with digital-intelligent technology, constructing a new hybrid teaching methodology with deep embedding of artificial intelligence, and establishing a multi-dimensional, whole-process dynamic teaching evaluation mechanism.
