民航材料类实践课程思政融合教学路径探索——以《材料表面技术实践》为例
Exploration on the Integration Path of Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education in Civil Aviation-Oriented Materials Practical Courses—A Case Study of Practice for Surface Engineering Techniques
摘要: 《材料表面技术实践》是材料化学专业核心实践课程,聚焦电镀、热喷涂、薄膜沉积、腐蚀防护、表面性能表征等工程实践内容,具有工程属性突出、工艺操作精细化程度高、质量标准高、紧密服务航空装备制造与运维的行业特点,具备天然的课程思政融合优势。本文以民航高校材料专业实践课程为研究对象,围绕思政案例库搭建、思政元素与专业知识深度融合、多维课程思政考核体系、教学反思与长效改进机制四大核心维度开展教学改革研究。从科技使命、工匠精神、格物致知科学精神、绿色工程伦理四大维度挖掘思政素材,依托超星学习通搭建课程思政案例资源库,构建课前、课中、课后全流程思政教学模式,打通理论授课、实验操作、课外拓展三大育人场景,建立兼顾专业能力素养与价值观引领的多维考核评价标准,为民航类高校材料实践类课程提供可参考的课程思政建设实施案例。
Abstract: Practice for Surface Engineering Techniques is a core practical course for the Materials Chemistry major. It covers engineering-practice contents including electroplating, thermal spraying, thin-film deposition, corrosion protection and surface property characterization. Featuring prominent engineering attributes, highly refined process operations, strict quality standards and close connections with the manufacturing and maintenance of aviation equipment, the course possesses inherent advantages as a carrier for integrating curriculum-based ideological and political education. Taking practical courses for materials majors in civil aviation-oriented universities as the research object, this paper carries out teaching reform research from four core dimensions: construction of ideological-political case library, in-depth integration of ideological-political elements with professional knowledge, multi-dimensional assessment system for curriculum-based ideological and political education, as well as teaching reflection and long-term improvement mechanism. Ideological-political resources are systematically excavated from four perspectives: scientific and technological mission, craftsman spirit, scientific spirit of investigating things to acquire knowledge, and green engineering ethics. A curriculum ideological-political case resource library is built based on the Chaoxing Learning Platform, and a whole-process ideological-political teaching mode covering pre-class, in-class and post-class sessions is constructed. Three education scenarios, namely theoretical teaching, experimental operation and extracurricular expansion, are interconnected. A multi-dimensional assessment and evaluation criterion considering both professional competence and value guidance is established, which provides a referable implementation paradigm for practical materials courses in civil aviation-oriented universities.
