摘要: 随着医学教育的快速发展,传统教学模式面临着内容更新滞后和学生学习效果不佳等问题。病理生理学作为医学教育的重要基础课程,承担着培养医学生临床思维能力和专业素养的重要任务,在新时代“新医科”背景下病理生理学一流本科课程建设需要探索更多的路径和教学实践方法。在人工智能(AI)技术的飞速发展情况下,可以结合成果导向教育(OBE)的理念,深入探讨通过章节知识的整合与知识图谱的构建来实现课程内容的重构。同时,引入“BOPPPS + 对分课堂”的混合教学模式,并结合课程思政案例库建设,指导学生进行课程内容的课业知识反思,进而形成一个完整的教学效果提升闭环。这一过程是在教育教学技术和方法上的创新,也为医学教育的数字化转型提供了理论框架和实践的参考,为病理生理学一流本科课程的建设即“金课”的打造提供全新的思路与研究视角。
Abstract: With the rapid development of medical education, traditional teaching models face challenges such as outdated content and suboptimal student learning outcomes. Supported by Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, there is a need to explore innovative pathways and practical approaches for building a first-class undergraduate pathophysiology curriculum. Integrating the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept, this paper explores how to restructure course content through chapter knowledge integration and knowledge graph construction. Simultaneously, it combines a hybrid teaching model incorporating BOPPPS (Bridge, Outcomes, Pre-Assessment, Participatory Learning, Post-Assessment, Summary) and the Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion (PAD) Class model. This approach integrates the development of a curriculum ideology and politics case repository and guides students in effective course reflection, forming a complete closed-loop system for teaching effectiveness enhancement. This achieves innovation in key technologies and methods, aiming to provide a theoretical framework and practical reference for the digital transformation of medical education. Through the exploration of these innovative models, it is expected to drive teaching reform and development in pathophysiology courses, enhance student learning motivation and knowledge application abilities, and offer new insights for constructing first-class undergraduate curricula.
