基于知识图谱分析高等药学教育的研究现状、热点演变与前沿趋势
Research Status, Hotspots Evolution, and Frontier Trends of Higher Pharmacy Education Based on Knowledge Graph Analysis
摘要: 目的:分析近二十余年全球高等药学教育研究的现状、热点及前沿趋势,为提升我国高等药学教育质量提供借鉴。方法:检索Web of Science数据库中2000~2024年有关高等药学教育研究的文献,采用CiteSpace和VOSviewer分析工具,对年发文量、国家/地区和研究机构、发文作者、以及关键词等开展知识图谱可视化分析。结果:共检索到864篇相关文献,涉及87个国家/地区,美国在该领域处于领先地位;高等药学教育呈现出明显的阶段性发展特征,研究热点从基础科学逐渐转向实践应用和教育模式创新;全球药学教育呈现区域差异化特征;“主动学习”、“受托专业活动(EPAs)”、“实践教育”等是当下的研究热点,药学教育模式从“知识传授”向“能力培养”转型。结论:全球高等药学教育研究正处于快速发展阶段,未来药学人才需具备实践能力、技术素养、人文关怀与国际视野。我国应立足国情,借鉴国际经验,从课程改革、实践强化、技术融合等方面提升药学教育质量。
Abstract: Objective: To analyze the current status, research hotspots, and frontier trends in global higher pharmacy education research over the past two decades, and to provide insights for improving the quality of higher pharmacy education in China. Methods: Relevant literature on higher pharmacy education published between 2000 and 2024 was retrieved from the Web of Science database. CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to conduct knowledge graph visualization analyses of annual publication output, countries/regions and institutions, authors, and keywords. Results: A total of 864 relevant publications involving 87 countries/regions were identified, with the United States leading the field. Higher pharmacy education has exhibited distinct stages of development, with research hotspots gradually shifting from basic sciences to practical applications and innovation in educational models. Global pharmacy education has shown regional differences. “Active learning,” “Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs),” and “practical education” are among the current research hotspots, while pharmacy education models are shifting from “knowledge transmission” to “competency development.” Conclusion: Global research on higher pharmacy education is currently undergoing rapid development. Future pharmacy professionals should possess practical abilities, technological literacy, humanistic care, and an international perspective. China should take its national conditions into account, learn from international experience, and improve the quality of pharmacy education through curriculum reform, strengthened practical training, and technology integration.
