健康中国背景下实战型MPH研究生考核体系的构建与实践
Construction and Practice of the Assessment System for Practical MPH Postgraduates under the Background of Healthy China
摘要: 针对当前公共卫生硕士(MPH)考核存在“重理论轻实践、重结果轻过程、重单一评价轻综合素养”的突出问题，开展MPH全过程多元化考核体系改革。新考核体系实现培养全过程全覆盖评价，有效强化实践能力考核权重，缩小人才培养与行业岗位需求差距，显著提升研究生现场处置、政策调研与综合职业素养。
Abstract: In response to the prominent problem of “emphasizing theory over practice, emphasizing results over process, and emphasizing single evaluation over comprehensive literacy” in the current Master of Public Health (MPH) assessment, we will carry out a diversified assessment system reform throughout the entire MPH process. The new assessment system realizes full coverage evaluation of the entire training process, effectively strengthens the weight of practical ability assessment, narrows the gap between talent cultivation and industry job demand, and significantly improves the on-site handling, policy research, and comprehensive professional competence of graduate students.
