Abstract: Based on social capital theory, this article explores strategies to enhance the quality of life of migrant elderly groups under the dual background of urbanization and aging. The study suggests that digital literacy is a crucial tool for migrant elderly to reconstruct social networks and obtain social support. Addressing the institutional barriers, geographical fractures, and social capital scarcity caused by the “digital divide” faced by this group, this article analyzes how digital literacy accumulates social capital by promoting structural and psychological integration, thereby improving health outcomes and providing a basis for targeted health interventions.
