农村大学生在校表现及教育支持研究

Research on the Academic Performance and Educational Support of Rural College Students

摘要: 农村籍大学生的发展质量关乎着高校育人成效和教育公平。本文以萍乡市一本科高校在校大学生为研究对象，对大学生在校表现进行问卷调查，通过农村大学的数据分析和城乡大学生的对比，深入了解农村大学生在校表现现状，结果发现：学习上，自律性不足、学习动力缺乏是最普遍的问题；发展规划上，城镇大学生选择考研的意愿比农村大学生更强。最后对本科高校农村大学生在校表现的提升途径提出相应的对策。

Abstract: The development quality of rural college students is related to the effectiveness of higher education and educational equity. This article takes undergraduate students from a university in Pingxiang City as the research object, conducts a questionnaire survey on their performance in university, and through data analysis of rural universities and comparison of urban and rural university students, deeply understands the current situation of rural university students’ performance in university. The results show that in terms of study, a lack of self-discipline and motivation are the most common issues; regarding development planning, urban students are more inclined to pursue postgraduate studies than their rural counterparts. Finally, corresponding strategies are proposed for improving the performance of rural undergraduate students in universities.
