情境生成式教学:数智时代医学人文教育的新范式
Situated Generative Teaching: A New Paradigm for Medical Humanities Education in the Digital Intelligence Era
摘要: 人工智能技术正深刻推动高等教育范式的系统性变革。本文在系统梳理情境学习理论、人机协同教学理论及生成式人工智能教育应用研究的基础上,针对当前医学人文教育面临的“情境固化、参与浅层、知行脱节”三大困境,提出“情境生成式教学”概念——即利用生成式人工智能动态创设高仿真、可交互、个性化的临床伦理与沟通情境,驱动学生实现认知、情感与行为多维沉浸的教学模式。文章从“情境生成本体论–人机协同认识论–价值内化方法论”三重维度揭示其核心机制,构建“情境建构–智能交互–反思内化–实践迁移”四阶教学模型,并以《护理学导论》课程为例阐释实施路径。研究表明,情境生成式教学能够有效弥合医学人文教育中理论与实践之间的鸿沟,为“新医科”背景下医学人文素养与职业精神的融合培养提供可操作、可验证的数字化解决方案。郑州西亚斯学院医学院已依托省级课程思政样板课程《护理学导论》开展前期探索,立项校级教改项目“数智赋能下医学人文与职业精神融合的情境生成式教学研究与实践”,初步验证了该模式的可行性。
Abstract: Artificial intelligence is profoundly driving the systematic transformation of higher education paradigms. This paper, based on a systematic review of situated learning theory, human-machine collaborative teaching theory, and research on generative AI in education, addresses the three major dilemmas facing current medical humanities education—rigid teaching contexts, superficial student engagement, and the disconnect between knowledge and practice—and proposes the concept of “situated generative teaching”. This model leverages generative AI to dynamically create highly realistic, interactive, and personalized clinical ethical and communicative contexts, driving students toward multidimensional immersion in cognition, emotion, and behavior. The paper reveals its core mechanisms across three dimensions—situated generative ontology, human-machine collaborative epistemology, and value internalization methodology—and constructs a four-stage teaching model of “context construction, intelligent interaction, reflective internalization, and practical transfer”, taking the course “Introduction to Nursing” as an example, this study illustrates the implementation pathway. The study demonstrates that situated generative teaching can effectively bridge the gap between theory and practice in medical humanities education, offering an operable and verifiable digital solution for the integrated cultivation of humanistic literacy and professional spirit under the context of “New Medical Sciences”.
