新质生产力视域下创新拔尖人才培养优化策略探索与实践——以《外科护理学》课程为例
Exploration and Practice of Optimization Strategies for Cultivating Innovative and Top-Tier Talents from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces—A Case Study of the “Surgical Nursing” Course
摘要: 随着数字经济的发展,传统外科护理教学模式面临向智能化转型的挑战。传统外科护理教学模式在培养学生的知识整合、临床思辨、科研创新及跨学科合作等方面存在滞后性,已很难满足当今临床护理人才培养需求。因此,仍需系统性探索创新拔尖人才培养优化策略。新质生产力作为一种坚持以创新发展理念和思维为主导,摆脱传统增长路径、符合高质量发展要求的新型生产力,具有“高科技、高效能、高质量”特征。基于此,本研究旨在探讨“新质生产力”视域下,外科护理学创新拔尖人才培养所面临的挑战与机遇,剖析新质生产力对外科护理人才培养的核心要求,从优化课程体系、革新教学模式、强化产教科教融合、构建“双师型”师资队伍以及营造创新文化环境等五个方面,构建了一套系统化的培养优化策略,旨在为高校护理学专业《外科护理学》课程教学改革提供理论依据和实践路径,以期培养出复合型、创新型、引领型高级护理人才,助力“健康中国”建设的深入实施。
Abstract: With the rapid advancement of the digital economy, the traditional teaching model of Surgical Nursing is confronting inevitable challenges in its transformation towards intellectualization. This conventional model exhibits obvious lag in fostering students’ core competencies, including knowledge integration, clinical critical thinking, scientific research innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration, which renders it increasingly incompetent in meeting the current demands for clinical nursing talent cultivation. Consequently, systematic exploration of optimized strategies for cultivating innovative and top-tier talents remains imperative. As a new type of productive force guided by the concept and thinking of innovative development, which breaks away from traditional growth paths and conforms to the requirements of high-quality development, new quality productive forces are featured with “high technology, high efficiency, and high quality”. Based on this, this study aims to explore the challenges and opportunities encountered in the cultivation of innovative and top-tier talents in Surgical Nursing from the perspective of “new quality productive forces”, and analyze the core requirements of new quality productive forces for surgical nursing talent training. A systematic set of cultivation optimization strategies is constructed from five aspects: optimizing the curriculum system, innovating the teaching model, strengthening the integration of industry, education and scientific research, building a “dual-qualification” teaching team, and creating an innovative cultural environment. This study is intended to provide a theoretical basis and practical pathway for the teaching reform of the “Surgical Nursing” course in institutions of higher education, so as to cultivate compound, innovative and leading senior nursing talents, and further facilitate the in-depth implementation of the “Healthy China” Construction.
