大模型赋能中小缝配企业跨境电商数字化转型路径与风险治理机制研究
Large Language Model-Enabled Digital Transformation Pathways and Risk Governance Mechanisms for Cross-Border E-Commerce of Small and Medium-Sized Sewing Parts Enterprises
摘要: 大模型技术的快速演进与缝配产业数字化转型进程的持续推进,为跨境电商发展带来了新的机遇。面对传统缝配产业在跨境电商运营过程中,供需匹配准确率不足、线下交易成本较高、跨境沟通困难等现实瓶颈,本文聚焦中小缝配企业的数字化转型需求,构建大模型赋能跨境电商运营的全链路实践框架与风险治理体系。研究表明,大模型可嵌入知识沉淀、交易转化、商务协同和服务闭环四个关键环节,分别通过知识图谱构建、需求解析与智能匹配、跨语言翻译与沟通适配,以及订单跟进、售后支持与运营复盘,推动中小缝配企业实现跨境电商运营流程数字化转型与效率提升。但大模型规模化应用可能会引发知识失真、内容同质化、合规失效与风险传导等系统性风险。基于此,本文提出面向业务流程的路径化治理机制,为中小缝配企业实现低成本、轻量化、可复制的数字化转型提供理论支撑与实践参考。
Abstract: The rapid evolution of large language models and the continuous advancement of digital transformation in the sewing parts industry have created new opportunities for the development of cross-border e-commerce. In response to practical bottlenecks in traditional cross-border e-commerce operations in the sewing parts industry, including low supply-demand matching accuracy, relatively high offline transaction costs, and difficulties in cross-border communication, this study focuses on the digital transformation needs of small and medium-sized sewing parts enterprises and constructs a full-process practical framework and risk governance system for LLM-enabled cross-border e-commerce operations. The findings show that LLMs can be embedded into four key stages—knowledge accumulation, transaction conversion, business collaboration, and service closed-loop—through knowledge graph construction, demand analysis and intelligent matching, cross-lingual translation and communication adaptation, as well as order follow-up, after-sales support, and operational review, thereby promoting digital transformation and efficiency improvement in the cross-border e-commerce operation processes of small and medium-sized sewing parts enterprises. However, large-scale deployment of LLMs may also lead to systemic risks, such as knowledge distortion, content homogenization, compliance failure, and risk transmission. Based on this, the paper proposes a pathway-based governance mechanism oriented toward business processes, providing theoretical support and practical reference for the low-cost, lightweight, and replicable digital transformation of small and medium-sized sewing parts enterprises.
