Research on the Design and Implementation Path of Ideological and Political Content in the Course “Research Methodology and Paper Writing in Management”

摘要: 当前高校《管理学研究方法论与论文写作》课程教学普遍存在重方法技术操练、轻价值理念引领的突出问题，深陷科研“价值中立”认知迷思，片面聚焦研究设计、数据处理、模型构建、论文撰写等实操技能教学，忽视学术伦理规范、科研初心坚守、家国科研担当、中国本土管理研究自信等思政内核培育，导致部分学生科研功利化倾向凸显、学术诚信意识淡薄、本土研究视野缺失、科研服务社会认知不足，难以适配新时代立德树人根本任务与高素质管理科研人才培养核心要求。本文立足大思政育人格局，紧扣工商管理专业属性与育人特质，精准挖掘课程知识点与思政元素的内在契合点，构建“知识传授 + 能力培养 + 价值塑造”三位一体思政育人目标体系，系统开展分模块、全链条思政内容体系科学化设计，创新适配课程特质的思政融合教学实施模式，搭建多维度、可量化、全过程思政育人成效评价机制。

Abstract: Currently, the teaching of “Research Methodology and Paper Writing in Management” in universities generally faces a prominent issue of emphasizing methodological and technical drills while neglecting the guidance of value concepts. It is deeply entangled in the cognitive myth of “value neutrality” in scientific research, focusing unilaterally on practical skills teaching such as research design, data processing, model construction, and paper writing, while neglecting the cultivation of ideological and political core values such as academic ethics norms, adherence to the original intention of scientific research, national and domestic scientific research responsibility, and confidence in Chinese local management research. This leads to some students exhibiting a prominent tendency towards utilitarianism in scientific research, a weak sense of academic integrity, a lack of local research perspective, and insufficient social cognition in scientific research services, making it difficult to adapt to the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and talents in the new era and the core requirements for cultivating high-quality management and scientific research talents. Based on the overall framework of ideological and political education, this paper closely aligns with the attributes and educational characteristics of business administration majors, accurately explores the inherent points between course knowledge points and ideological and political elements, constructs a three-in-one ideological and political education target system of “knowledge impartation + ability cultivation + value shaping”, systematically carries out scientific design of modular and full-chain ideological and political content systems, innovates an ideological and political integration teaching implementation model that adapts to the characteristics of the course, and builds a multi-dimensional, quantifiable, and comprehensive ideological and political education effectiveness evaluation mechanism.
