赛教融合视角下企业经营虚拟仿真育人模式构建与实施路径探析

From the Perspective of Competition-Education Integration: Research on the Construction and Implementation Path of Enterprise Operation Virtual Simulation Talent Cultivation Mode

摘要: 企业经营虚拟仿真是经管类专业落实赛教融合、深化实践教学改革的核心载体，其沉浸式对抗式学习模式可有效破解传统教学理论与实践脱节的痛点。针对当前高校育人实践中存在的定位功利化、课赛体系割裂、数智化与虚拟仿真应用滞后、学科竞赛育人价值挖掘不足、全周期育人链条断裂等问题，以“全周期育人”理念为指引，构建“理论筑基–分层实训–多级竞赛–成果转化–职业衔接”五位一体育人体系，系统提出课程体系重构、实训平台升级、师资队伍建设、竞赛生态优化与成果转化五大实施路径，并配套过程性多元评价机制。研究可为高校系统化搭建企业经营虚拟仿真赛教融合育人模式提供实践参考，助力数字经济时代复合型经管人才培育。

Abstract: Enterprise operation virtual simulation serves as the core carrier for economics and management majors to implement competition-education integration and deepen practical teaching reform. Its immersive confrontational learning mode can effectively solve the long-standing problem of disconnection between theoretical teaching and practical training. Aiming at the prominent problems prevailing in university talent cultivation, namely utilitarian orientation, separation between curriculum and competition systems, backward application of digital intelligence and virtual simulation technologies, insufficient exploration of the educational value of disciplinary competitions, and fragmented full-cycle talent cultivation chain, this paper takes the concept of “full-cycle talent cultivation” as the guidance, transforms three core educational theories into targeted talent cultivation design approaches, and constructs a five-in-one cultivation system featuring “theoretical foundation building - hierarchical practical training - multi-level competitions - achievement transformation - career docking”. Five implementation paths are put forward systematically: reconstructing the curriculum system, upgrading practical training platforms, constructing teaching staff teams, optimizing the competition ecosystem and establishing full-chain achievement transformation mechanisms, alongside a supporting process-oriented multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism. This research can provide practical references for universities to systematically build a competition-education integrated talent cultivation mode based on enterprise operation virtual simulation, and support the cultivation of interdisciplinary compound economics and management talents in the digital economy era.
