数字技术情境下传统村落居民参与文化遗产保护的实践逻辑——基于安义古村群公开文本的质性分析

The Practical Logic of Residents’ Participation in Cultural Heritage Conservation in Traditional Villages in the Context of Digital Technology—A Qualitative Analysis of Publicly Available Texts from the Anyi Ancient Village Cluster

摘要: 在数字技术逐步嵌入传统村落保护利用的背景下，居民如何参与、数字技术在这一过程中发挥何种作用，仍需结合具体案例加以考察。本文以安义古村群为案例，基于14项可追溯公开资料，采用文档分析法开展公开文本质性分析。研究发现：居民参与主要表现为组织治理、文化讲解、就业经营和部分文化传承实践；文化传承情境与实践基础提供活动资源，旅游收益与利益联结形成参与机会，组织化参与渠道与规则支持提供稳定接口，人口流动与保护管控构成现实条件和约束；数字技术主要表现为传播与服务情境，可能拓展信息传播、经营推广和服务场景。数字技术对居民参与的进一步作用，还需结合利益机会、制度渠道、数字能力和社区支持等条件加以理解。本文据此形成实践逻辑框架。

Abstract: As digital technologies become increasingly embedded in the conservation and utilization of traditional villages, how residents participate and what role digital technologies play in this process require case-based examination. Taking the Anyi Ancient Village Cluster as a single case, this study examines 14 traceable publicly available sources through document analysis and qualitative analysis of publicly available texts. The findings show that residents’ participation is mainly manifested in organizational governance, cultural interpretation, employment and tourism operations, and some cultural transmission practices. Cultural heritage and transmission practices provide a practical foundation; tourism benefits and benefit-sharing arrangements create participation opportunities; institutionalized participation channels and rules establish structured avenues for participation; and population mobility and heritage conservation regulations constitute practical conditions and constraints. Digital technologies primarily form a context for dissemination and service applications and may broaden information circulation, business promotion, and service provision. The further role of digital technologies in resident participation needs to be understood in relation to benefit opportunities, institutional channels, digital capabilities, and community support. On this basis, the study develops a practical logic framework.
