摘要: 在数字媒介全面渗透与人口老龄化加速的双重背景下，短视频已经成为老年群体信息获取、休闲娱乐与情感交流的重要渠道。以老年群体心理健康为核心，系统剖析短视频在认知维度、情绪维度、社会关系维度带来的消极影响，从传播、算法、社会、主体方面探究消极影响的形成机制，通过家庭、社区与社会组织、平台与产品、制度与政策四个层面构建协同调适体系，净化短视频生态，提升老年群体媒介素养，完善社会支持与制度保障，缓解短视频对老年群体心理健康的消极作用，推动老年群体在数字时代实现健康、积极的数字化生存。

Abstract: Against the dual backdrop of comprehensive digital media penetration and accelerated population aging, short videos have become an important channel for the elderly to obtain information, engage in leisure and entertainment, and communicate emotionally. Focusing on the mental health of the elderly, this paper systematically analyzes the negative impacts of short videos on cognitive, emotional, and social dimensions. It explores the formation mechanism of these negative impacts from the perspectives of communication, algorithms, society, and subjects. Through four levels: families, communities and social organizations, platforms and products, and systems and policies, a collaborative adaptation system is constructed to purify the short video ecosystem, enhance the media literacy of the elderly, improve social support and institutional guarantees, mitigate the negative effects of short videos on the mental health of the elderly, and promote healthy and positive digital survival for the elderly in the digital era.
