Artificial Intelligence Empowering the High-Quality Development of the Silver Economy: Realistic Dilemmas and Optimization Paths

摘要: 在人口老龄化持续深化与数字技术快速发展的双重背景下，人工智能正逐渐成为推动银发经济高质量发展的重要动力。人工智能通过智慧养老、健康管理、智能医疗以及数字化养老服务等方式，不仅提高了养老服务效率，也推动了养老产业结构升级与银发消费市场扩展。然而，在技术赋能过程中，仍存在技术供给与老年需求错位、区域发展失衡、数字鸿沟加剧以及数据隐私与伦理风险等现实问题。本文基于人口老龄化与数字社会转型背景，系统分析人工智能赋能银发经济发展的现实逻辑与主要困境，进一步从适老化技术建设、产业协同发展、数字融入能力提升、伦理监管完善以及人文关怀强化等方面提出优化路径。研究认为，推动人工智能与银发经济深度融合，不仅需要技术创新，更需要兼顾社会公平、公共治理与养老伦理，实现技术效率与人文价值的协调统一，从而促进银发经济高质量可持续发展。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of deepening population aging and rapid digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) has gradually become a significant driving force for the high-quality development of the silver economy. Through smart elderly care, health management, intelligent medical services, and digital elderly-care platforms, AI not only improves the efficiency of elderly-care services but also promotes the upgrading of the elderly-care industry and the expansion of the silver consumption market. However, in the process of technological empowerment, several practical challenges have emerged, including the mismatch between technological supply and elderly needs, regional development imbalance, widening digital divide, as well as data privacy and ethical risks. Based on the context of population aging and digital social transformation, this paper systematically analyzes the practical logic and major dilemmas of AI-enabled silver economy development. Furthermore, it proposes optimization paths from the perspectives of age-friendly technological development, industrial collaboration, digital inclusion, ethical governance, and humanistic care. The study argues that promoting the deep integration of AI and the silver economy requires not only technological innovation but also attention to social equity, public governance, and elderly-care ethics, so as to achieve a balance between technological efficiency and humanistic values and ultimately promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the silver economy.
