“双优工程”背景下应用型高校专业学位研究生跨学科培养模式的构建

Building an Interdisciplinary Training Model for Professional Degree Graduate Students in Application-Oriented Universities under the “Double Excellence Project”

摘要: 跨学科研究生教育已成为当前研究生教育改革发展的新方向。应用型高校研究生教育以培养专业学位研究生为主，文章以OBE理念为核心，运用文献研究与案例分析法，构建了“目标引领–过程创新–环境支撑”三维协同的培养模式，建立了基于OBE的跨学科能力指标体系，通过案例分析，提炼出专业学位研究生跨学科培养的关键要素。提出的试点先行、系统推进、全面实施三阶段策略，并给出具体方案，旨在为“双优工程”背景下应用型高校专业学位研究生跨学科培养提供理论支撑与实践参考。

Abstract: Interdisciplinary graduate education has become a new direction in the reform and development of graduate education. Applied universities mainly focus on training professional degree graduate students. This paper, centered on the OBE concept, uses literature research and case analysis to build a three-dimensional collaborative training model of “goal-driven - process innovation - environment support”. It establishes an OBE-based interdisciplinary competency index system, and through case analysis, extracts the key elements for training professional degree graduate students in an interdisciplinary way. It proposes a three-stage strategy of piloting first, systematic promotion, and full implementation, and provides specific plans. The aim is to offer theoretical support and practical reference for interdisciplinary training of professional degree graduate students in applied universities under the “Double Excellence Project”.
