平陆运河建设背景下广西航运物流人才需求画像与培养模式重构

Demand Portrait and Training Mode Reconstruction of Guangxi Shipping Logistics Talents under the Background of Pinglu Canal Construction

摘要: 本文采用文本挖掘、词云分析相结合的方法，从知识技能与综合素质两大维度拆解广西航运物流企业人才需求结构，以广西人才网596组物流岗位招聘数据为样本，系统剖析航运物流行业复合型人才的双重能力需求。研究发现，企业需求侧对跨领域复合型人才提出高要求，而供给侧的教育体系尚未能跟上行业转型升级的需求。在此基础上，本文构建“一核心二要素三融合四产出”航运物流人才创新培养模式。研究成果能够为平陆运河专属航运物流人才培养提供理论参考，为广西院校、行业协会、物流企业优化人才培养方案提供实操依据，助力平陆运河经济带与中国–东盟跨境物流产业高质量协同发展。

Abstract: This paper adopts a combined methodology of text mining and word cloud analysis to decompose the talent demand structure of shipping and logistics enterprises in Guangxi from two dimensions: knowledge and skills, and comprehensive quality. Taking 596 sets of logistics job recruitment data from Guangxi Talent Network as samples, this paper systematically analyzes the dual competency requirements for interdisciplinary talents in the shipping and logistics industry. The research findings reveal that the enterprise demand side puts forward high requirements for interdisciplinary compound talents, while the education system on the supply side has not yet kept pace with the needs of industry transformation and upgrading. On this basis, this paper constructs an innovative cultivation mode for shipping and logistics talents characterized by “one core, two elements, three integrations, and four outputs”. The research results can provide theoretical references for the cultivation of shipping and logistics talents exclusively for the Pinglu Canal, offer practical basis for Guangxi universities, industry associations and logistics enterprises to optimize talent cultivation programs, and facilitate the high-quality coordinated development of the Pinglu Canal Economic Belt and the China-ASEAN cross-border logistics industry.
