地方行业特色高校拔尖创新人才培养模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Cultivation Model of Top-Notch Innovative Talents in Local Universities with Industry Characteristics

摘要: 地方行业特色高校是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分，在服务区域经济社会发展和行业产业转型升级中发挥着不可替代的作用。培养拔尖创新人才是这类高校落实国家创新驱动发展战略、回应行业高质量发展需求的核心命题。本文在系统分析地方行业特色高校拔尖创新人才培养意义的基础上，深入剖析其面临的选拔评价机制僵化、学科交叉融合不畅、产教协同层次偏浅以及师资与资源支撑薄弱等现实困境，并结合国内多所地方行业特色高校的办学实践，从构建多元动态选拔评价机制、打造交叉融合课程教学体系、深化产教协同实践育人模式与强化双师队伍与资源保障四个维度提出实践路径，以期为地方行业特色高校构建特色化拔尖人才培养体系提供理论参考与实践借鉴。

Abstract: Local universities with industry characteristics constitute an important component of China’s higher education system and play an irreplaceable role in serving regional economic and social development as well as the transformation and upgrading of industrial sectors. Cultivating top-notch innovative talents is a core issue for these universities to implement the national innovation‑driven development strategy and respond to the high‑quality development needs of industries. Based on a systematic analysis of the significance of cultivating top‑notch innovative talents in such universities, this paper deeply examines the practical dilemmas they face, including rigid selection and evaluation mechanisms, poor interdisciplinary integration, shallow industry‑education collaboration, and weak faculty and resource support. Drawing on the educational practices of several domestic local universities with industry characteristics, this paper proposes practical pathways from four dimensions: establishing a diversified and dynamic selection and evaluation mechanism, building an interdisciplinary integrated curriculum and teaching system, deepening the industry‑education collaborative practical education model, and strengthening the dual‑qualified faculty team and resource guarantee. The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for these universities to construct distinctive top‑notch talent cultivation systems.
