摘要: 人口老龄化加剧背景下，老年人退休生活质量提升成为社会治理的重要课题。退休幸福晚年的实现不仅需要物质生活的稳定支撑，更离不开精神层面的充实与社会价值的认同。老年创业教育的兴起，为突破老年教育模式的功能局限、全面回应老年人退休生活的多元需求开辟了新路径。而人工智能技术的快速迭代与广泛应用，凭借其资源整合、个性化适配、高效协同等核心优势，成为驱动老年创业教育持续深化发展的关键力量。本文基于需求、供给、时代与政策三重维度，系统剖析AI赋能老年创业教育的价值意蕴，深入探讨当前老年人创业发展过程中面临的适老化技术适配不足、教育供给失衡、外部支持薄弱等现实困境，并从企业技术创新、资源对接与政策支持、社会氛围营造三个层面，构建全方位、多层次的有效路径，旨在为AI技术更好地赋能老年创业，从经济增收、精神充实、社会融入三维度保障老年人退休幸福晚年提供理论参考与实践指引。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of an increasingly aging population, enhancing the quality of retirement life for the elderly has become an important issue in social governance. Achieving a happy retirement life not only requires stable material support but also relies on spiritual enrichment and recognition of social value. The rise of entrepreneurship education for the elderly has opened up a new path to break through the functional limitations of traditional elderly education models and comprehensively respond to the diverse needs of the elderly in their retirement life. The rapid iteration and widespread application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, leveraging its core advantages such as resource integration, personalized adaptation, and efficient collaboration, have become a key force driving the continuous deepening and development of entrepreneurship education for the elderly. Based on the triple dimensions of demand, supply, era, and policy, this paper systematically analyzes the value implications of AI-enabled entrepreneurship education for the elderly, deeply explores the current practical difficulties faced by the elderly in the process of entrepreneurial development, such as insufficient adaptation of aging-friendly technologies, imbalanced educational supply, and weak external support. Furthermore, from the perspectives of enterprise technological innovation, resource docking and policy support, and social atmosphere creation, this paper constructs a comprehensive and multi-level effective path, aiming to better empower the elderly with AI technology and provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for ensuring a happy retirement life for the elderly from the three dimensions of economic income increase, spiritual enrichment, and social integration.
