积极心理学视域下大学生婚恋共生关系现状及引导策略研究

A Study on the Current Status and Guiding Strategies of College Students’ Romantic Symbiotic Relationships from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

摘要: 为探究积极心理品质与大学生婚恋共生关系的内在作用机制，破解婚恋认知择偶认知偏差、亲密关系失衡、情感经营薄弱等现实问题，本研究以319名高校本科生为对象，采用《中国大学生积极心理品质量表》《大学生婚恋观问卷》开展实证调研。结果显示：大学生的积极心理品质与婚恋共生关系存在显著正向相关；积极心理品质可正向预测婚恋共生关系发展水平；婚恋共生关系在性别、年级、学科、家庭子女数、恋爱状态方面存在显著人口学差异，但在生源地方面无明显区别。基于实证结果，构建高校、家庭、社会、个体四维协同培育体系，为高校婚恋心理健康教育提供实证依据与实操方案。

Abstract: This study aims to explore the internal mechanism linking positive psychological qualities to college students’ romantic symbiotic relationships, and to mitigate prevalent practical dilemmas including utilitarian romantic cognition, imbalanced intimate relationships, and insufficient emotional operation ability. An empirical survey was conducted among 319 college undergraduates by adopting the Chinese College Students’ Positive Psychological Quality Scale and the College Students’ Romantic View Questionnaire. The results demonstrate that college students’ positive psychological qualities are significantly and positively correlated with their romantic symbiotic relationships, and can positively predict the developmental level of such relationships. In terms of demographic variables, romantic symbiotic relationships show significant differences across gender, grade, discipline category, number of children in the family, and romantic status, while no significant difference is identified in terms of students’ hometown origins. Based on the empirical findings, this study constructs a four-dimensional collaborative cultivation system covering universities, families, society and individuals, which provides solid empirical evidence and practical operational strategies for the development of romantic relationship mental health education in colleges and universities.
