护教协同背景下护理管理课程虚拟教研室的构建研究

Research on the Construction of Virtual Teaching and Research Office for Nursing Management Course under the Background of the Integration of Nursing Education and Clinical Practice

摘要: 在护教协同背景下，护理管理课程教学面临理实脱节、资源分散、教研协同不足等痛点，构建四元协同模式虚拟教研室是深化护教协同、落实教育数字化转型、提升教学质量的重要路径。本文在梳理虚拟教研室在医学教育中的应用进展及不同协同实践形态的基础上，结合现有研究在实际运行机制和实证评价方面的不足，以协同理论为指导，提出由校内理论教学教师、临床实践教学教师、思政课程教师和跨院校护理管理教师构成的“四元协同”模式。从明确建设目标、组建四元协同师资团队、搭建线上教研平台、整合动态教学资源库、开展常态化教研活动及教学实践等方面，探讨护理管理课程虚拟教研室的构建与实践路径，为培养高素质护理管理人才、推动护理教育高质量发展提供新思路。

Abstract: Against the background of the integration of nursing education and clinical practice, the teaching of nursing management courses is confronted with such pain points as the disconnection between theory and practice, scattered resources and insufficient teaching and research collaboration. Based on a review of the application of virtual teaching and research offices in medical education and different forms of collaborative practice, and considering the limitations of existing studies in practical operating mechanisms and empirical evaluation, this paper proposes a four-dimensional collaborative model guided by synergetics theory. The model involves theoretical teaching faculty, clinical practice faculty, ideological and political education faculty, and cross-institutional nursing management faculty. The construction and practice path is explored from the aspects of construction objectives, collaborative teaching teams, online teaching and research platforms, dynamic teaching resources, regular teaching and research activities, and teaching practice, so as to provide new ideas for cultivating high-quality nursing management talents and promoting the high-quality development of nursing education.
