Research on the Enhancement of Employment Competitiveness of Accounting Majors through AI Support

摘要: 在财会行业全面数字化、AI智能化转型的背景下，会计专业大学生缺乏利用AI工具提升就业竞争力的能力。本研究通过问卷调查法收回121份有效问卷进行描述性统计分析，以探究AI时代会计专业大学生就业竞争力的现存问题与内在成因并提出建议。本研究认为会计专业大学生需提升AI认知水平、增强AI会计工具使用能力、丰富就业准备与外部支持水平。本研究聚焦AI赋能会计专业大学生提升就业竞争力，对会计专业大学生适配行业数字化人才需求具备现实参考意义，同时也为高校财会专业数字化教学改革提供可行思路。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of comprehensive digitalization and AI-driven transformation in the accounting industry, accounting students lack the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance their employment competitiveness. This study collected 121 valid questionnaires through a survey method and conducted descriptive statistical analysis to explore the current status, existing challenges, and underlying causes regarding the employment competitiveness of accounting students in the AI era. The study proposes recommendations for improving accounting students’ understanding of AI, enhancing their ability to use AI-based accounting tools, and strengthening their career preparation and external support. This research contributes to empowering accounting students with AI capabilities to boost their employment competitiveness, offers practical guidance for aligning accounting graduates with the digital talent demands of the industry, and provides feasible insights for digital education reform in university accounting programs.
