高校志愿服务融入“大思政课”的协同育人机制构建与实施策略研究

Research on the Construction and Implementation Strategy of Collaborative Education Mechanism Integrating University Volunteer Services into “Great Ideological and Political Courses”

摘要: “大思政课”建设要求打通思政小课堂与社会大课堂的联系，志愿服务作为重要的社会实践载体，是落实立德树人根本任务、推进三全育人改革的重要抓手。本文在梳理高校志愿服务融入“大思政课”协同育人研究现状的基础上，剖析了当前二者协同在实践中尚存的现实困境，系统阐释了协同育人的内在运行机制，并从组织制度、项目供给、师资队伍、评价激励、校地社协同五个维度提出了协同育人的实施策略。本研究以期推动高校志愿服务从碎片化课外活动升级为系统化的“大思政课”实践教学模块，从而实现志愿服务的价值引领、能力培育、社会服务的三者有机统一。

Abstract: The construction of “Great Ideological and Political Courses” requires connecting the small ideological-political classroom with the large social classroom. As an important carrier of social practice, volunteer service serves as a crucial starting point for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and advancing the reform of the three-all-round education initiative. On the basis of sorting out the research status of collaborative education by integrating university volunteer services into “Great Ideological and Political Courses”, this paper analyzes the practical dilemmas existing in current collaborative practice, systematically explains the internal operation mechanism of collaborative education, and puts forward implementation strategies from five dimensions: organizational system, project supply, teaching staff construction, evaluation and incentive, as well as university-local-social collaboration. This study aims to promote the transformation of university volunteer services from fragmented extracurricular activities into systematic practical teaching modules for “Great Ideological and Political Courses”, so as to realize the organic integration of value guidance, competence cultivation and social service in volunteer services.
