出院健康素养量表的汉化及信效度检验

Sinicization of the Health Literate Discharge Score Scale and Its Reliability and Validity Test

摘要: 目的：对出院健康素养量表(Health Literate Discharge Score)进行汉化和信效度检验。方法：对原作者授权后的英文版量表进行翻译、回译，并通过专家咨询和预调查进行文化调适，形成中文版出院健康素养量表。采用便利抽样法，于2025年4月~5月对临沂市某三级甲等综合医院241名医护人员采用中文版量表进行问卷调查，并于2周后对其中30名医护人员再次问卷调查，以检验量表的信效度。结果：中文版出院健康素养量表包括随访预约、检查和服务协作、使用出院计划、为患者及家庭提供健康教育、药物审查4个维度、33个条目。条目水平的内容效度指数为0.875~1.000，量表水平的内容效度指数为0.970。探索性因子分析提取4个因子，累计方差贡献率为61.714%。中文版出院健康素养量表总的Cronbach’s α系数为0.980，各维度的Cronbach’s α系数为0.890~0.959；中文版出院健康素养量表总的重测信度为0.952，各维度的重测信度为0.826~0.896。结论：中文版出院健康素养量表信效度良好，可作为医护人员出院健康素养水平的评估工具。

Abstract: Objective: To translate the Health Literate Discharge Scale into Chinese and to test its reliability and validity. Methods: After obtaining the authorization of the author of the original questionnaire, the original questionnaire was translated and translated back, and then the Chinese version of the Health Literate Discharge Scale was formed after the cultural adjustment through expert consultation and preliminary surveys. From April to May 2025, a convenience sample of 241 healthcare workers from a tertiary general hospital in Linyi City as survey participants from for questionnaire surveys. And 30 participants were conveniently selected for retesting two weeks later to evaluate the scale’s reliability and validity. Results: The Chinese version of the Health Literate Discharge Scale includes 4 dimensions (follow-up appointments, examination and service collaboration, utilization of discharge plans, health education for patients and families, and medication review) with a total of 33 items. The content validity index of each item is between 0.875 to 1.000, and the content validity index of the total scale is 0.970. Exploratory factor analysis resulted in a 4-factor structure, explaining 61.714% of the total variance. The Cronbach’s α coefficient for the total Health Literate Discharge Scale score was 0.980. and 0.890~0.959 for each factor. The retest reliability for the total Health Literate Discharge score was 0.952, and 0.826~0.896 for each factor. Conclusion: The Chinese version of the Health Literate Discharge Scale has good reliability and validity, and it can be used as a tool to evaluate healthcare workers’ health literacy levels at discharge.
