数智时代护生敬业精神的理论阐释与培育策略探析

Theoretical Interpretation and Cultivation Strategies of Nursing Students’ Professional Dedication in the Digital Intelligence Era

摘要: 数智技术给护生敬业精神培育带来了全新挑战，传统护理人文教育模式已难以适配数智时代人才培养需求。为契合数智化护理发展趋势、实现德技并修的护理人才培养目标，本文剖析了数智技术应用下护生敬业精神培育的现实困境，同时，重构数智时代护生敬业精神的四维理论内涵，涵盖敬畏生命的责任担当、精益求精的专业能力、以人为本的人文素养与终身学习的创新意识。在此基础上，从课程体系、教学模式、临床实践、评价机制四个维度，构建全方位、立体化的护生敬业精神培育路径。

Abstract: The rapid development of digital and intelligent technology poses new challenges to the cultivation of professionalism among nursing students, rendering traditional humanistic nursing education incompatible with the demands of the new era. To comply with the trends of smart nursing and foster high-quality nursing talents with both morality and professional proficiency, this paper explores the practical dilemmas in current professionalism cultivation. It reconstructs a four-dimensional connotation of nursing students’ professionalism, including reverence for life, professional excellence, humanistic care, and lifelong learning innovation. Furthermore, a comprehensive cultivation system is established from the perspectives of curriculum construction, teaching innovation, clinical practice, and evaluation optimization, so as to provide references for improving digital and humanistic nursing education.
