养老机构护理员应急能力特征要素的质性研究

摘要: 目的：探索养老机构护理员应急能力特征要素，为完善护理员应急能力培养体系提供参考。方法：2025年6~7月，采用目的抽样法选取河北省4家养老机构的管理者和护理员进行半结构式访谈。运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行归纳分析并提炼主题。结果：共提炼出应急知识与技能储备、应急职业核心素养、应急反应能力、应急调适与复盘能力4个主题及13个亚主题。结论：护理员需具备多方面应急能力来应对突发事件，养老机构要加强对护理员应急能力的培养，以适应养老护理员专业化发展需求。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the characteristic elements of emergency response ability among nursing assistants in nursing homes, and to provide reference for improving the training system of emergency response ability for nursing assistants. Methods: From June to July 2025, purposive sampling method was adopted to select managers and nursing assistants from 4 nursing homes in Hebei Province for semi-structured interviews. The 7-step Colaizzi analysis method was used to summarize and analyze the interview data and extract themes. Results: A total of 4 themes and 13 sub-themes were extracted, including emergency knowledge and skill reserve, core emergency professional literacy, emergency reaction ability, emergency adjustment and review ability. Conclusion: Nursing assistants need to possess comprehensive emergency response ability to deal with emergencies. Nursing homes should strengthen the cultivation of nursing assistants’ emergency response ability to meet the demands of professional development of elderly care nursing assistants.
