乡村振兴背景下的农业经济管理策略研究

Research on Strategies for Agricultural Economic Management in the Context of Rural Revitalization

摘要: 乡村振兴持续推进，使农业经济管理面临新的任务与要求。科学有效的经济管理能够促进土地、资金、技术等农业生产要素合理流动，对优化产业结构、提高农业经营效益、增加农民收益具有重要意义。但从实际情况看，一些地区仍存在管理机制衔接不畅、专业人员储备不足、数字技术应用不充分等短板，影响农业现代化进程。对此，本文结合乡村发展实际，对农业经济管理的现实价值及突出问题进行梳理，并从完善政策支持体系、优化农业供给结构、强化数字化管理手段以及培养高素质管理人才等方面提出改进措施，为提升农业经济管理质量、推动乡村产业持续发展提供一定参考。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of steady progress in rural revitalization, agricultural economic management is presented with new tasks and requirements. Sound and well-informed economic management facilitates the rational allocation of core agricultural production factors including land, capital and technology, and plays a critical role in optimizing the industrial structure, improving agricultural operational efficiency and boosting farmers’ incomes. In practice, however, noticeable gaps persist in a number of regions: poorly aligned management mechanisms, an insufficient pool of skilled professionals, and underdeveloped application of digital technologies have collectively held back the advancement of agricultural modernization. In response, this paper examines the practical value and prominent challenges of agricultural economic management in light of rural development realities, and proposes targeted improvement measures across four dimensions: refining the policy support system, optimizing the agricultural supply structure, strengthening digital management tools, and cultivating high-caliber management talent. This study is intended to serve as a reference for elevating the quality of agricultural economic management and driving sustained growth of rural industries.
