中医外治法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的研究进展
Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine External Therapies for Treating Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children
摘要: 小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)是儿科常见病、多发病，具有反复发作、迁延难愈的特点。与现代医学相比，中医药治疗具有其独特优势，其中中医外治法治疗RRTI具有方法多样、患儿依从性好、毒副作用小等特点。近年来，穴位贴敷、小儿推拿、艾灸等中医外治法在RRTI的防治中取得了较好的临床疗效。本文从病因病机认识及各外治法临床应用两方面，对近年来中医外治法治疗小儿RRTI的研究进展进行综述，以期为临床防治提供参考。
Abstract: Recurrent respiratory tract infection in children (RRTI) is a common and frequently occurring disease in pediatrics, characterized by recurrent episodes and prolonged recovery. Compared with modern medicine, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has unique advantages in the treatment of RRTI. Among these approaches, TCM external therapies are characterized by diverse treatment methods, good patient compliance, and few adverse effects. In recent years, TCM external therapies, including acupoint application, pediatric tuina, and moxibustion, have achieved favorable clinical efficacy in the prevention and treatment of RRTI. This article reviews recent research progress on the application of TCM external therapies in the treatment of RRTI in children from two aspects: the understanding of its etiology and pathogenesis and the clinical application of various external therapies, with the aim of providing a reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of RRTI.
