孙氏腹针疗法治疗抑郁障碍的临床证据与理论基础的研究进展

摘要: 腹针疗法从“腹部”这一局部映射到人体整体，传承发扬了中医整体论治的特色，目前已经用于抑郁障碍的治疗。本文从传统理论、理论基础和临床证据3个方面，对腹针疗法(孙氏腹针)的抗抑郁作用进行了综述，并对其作用机制进行了初步探讨，为其进一步临床推广应用提供了科学依据。
Abstract: Abdominal acupuncture therapy maps the “abdomen” as a local area to the entire human body, inheriting and carrying forward the characteristics of holistic treatment in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It has been currently applied in the treatment of depressive disorders. This article reviews the antidepressant effects of abdominal acupuncture (Sun’s Abdominal Acupuncture) from three aspects: traditional TCM theory, theoretical basis, and clinical evidence, and preliminarily explores its mechanism of action, providing a scientific basis for its further clinical promotion and application.
