人工智能赋能社区老年教育高质量发展实践路径研究

Research on the Practical Pathways for High-Quality Development of Community-Based Elderly Education Empowered by Artificial Intelligence

摘要: 人工智能能够有效破解老年教育资源供给不足、教学方式单一、个性化服务缺失等现实难题，但也面临着技术适配性、主体接受度与制度保障等多重约束。本文基于积极老龄化理论与技术接受模型，构建“技术–教学–治理”三维分析框架，系统剖析人工智能赋能社区老年教育的价值逻辑与现实困境，进而从智能学习环境建设、教学模式重构、课程资源开发、教师能力提升及多元协同治理五个层面，提出人工智能赋能社区老年教育高质量发展的实践路径，以期为人工智能与社区老年教育的深度融合提供理论参照与实践指引。

Abstract: Artificial intelligence can effectively address practical challenges in elderly education, such as insufficient resource supply, monotonous teaching methods, and lack of personalized services. However, it also faces multiple constraints including technological adaptability, subject acceptance, and institutional support. Based on the active aging theory and the technology acceptance model, this paper constructs a three-dimensional analytical framework of “technology - pedagogy- governance” to systematically examine the value logic and practical dilemmas of AI-empowered community-based elderly education. Furthermore, it proposes practical pathways for achieving high-quality development from five aspects: intelligent learning environment construction, teaching model reconstruction, curriculum resource development, teacher capacity enhancement, and multi-stakeholder collaborative governance. This study aims to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for the deep integration of artificial intelligence and community-based elderly education.
