新文科建设背景下地方师范院校“咨询心理学”课程实践教学模式的创新与优化研究——以衡阳师范学院为例

Research on the Innovation and Optimization of the Practical Teaching Model of the “Counseling Psychology” Course in Local Normal Universities under the Background of New Liberal Arts Construction—A Case Study of Hengyang Normal University

摘要: 在新文科建设背景下，地方师范院校亟须通过深化实践教学改革提升应用型心理学人才培养质量。“咨询心理学”作为应用心理学专业的核心课程，其实践教学在学生专业能力与社会服务能力培养中具有关键作用。针对地方师范院校“咨询心理学”课程实践教学资源短缺、体系松散、师资不足、实践平台稀缺及学生投入度低等问题，本文以衡阳师范学院为例，从教学团队不断优化提升、社会实践促进知识转化、创新创业教育反哺教学、数智平台助力技能实训、竞赛引领促进教学相长等方面探索，构建校内外协同、多元融合的实践教学体系，不断创新与优化该课程的实践教学模式。实践表明，该模式有效促进了学生专业能力、实践素养与社会责任感的协同提升，为新文科建设背景下心理学课程改革与人才培养质量的提升提供了有益借鉴。

Abstract: Under the background of the construction of new liberal arts, local normal universities are in urgent need of improving the training quality of applied psychology talents through deepening the reform of practical teaching. As a core course of the applied psychology major, Counseling Psychology plays a crucial role in cultivating students’ professional competence and social service ability. In response to problems such as insufficient practical teaching resources, fragmented teaching systems, inadequate teaching staff, limited practice platforms, and low student engagement in the practical teaching of Counseling Psychology courses at local normal universities, this study takes Hengyang Normal University as a case. Focusing on continuous optimization of the teaching team, promotion of knowledge transformation through social practice, integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into teaching, skills training supported by digital and intelligent platforms, and competition-driven teaching improvement, this paper explores and constructs a collaborative, diversified, and integrated practical teaching system combining on-campus and off-campus resources, and continuously innovates and optimizes the practical teaching model of the course. Practice has shown that this model effectively promotes the coordinated improvement of students’ professional competence, practical literacy, and social responsibility, providing useful references for psychology curriculum reform and the enhancement of talent cultivation quality under the background of the construction of new liberal arts.
