Problem-Driven and Project Practice: The Application of PBL in Career Courses

摘要: 应用型本科高校《职业生涯发展与就业指导》课程长期存在教学内容标准化、教学方式单一化的问题。本研究基于OBE理念，以南宁学院物流工程专业为对象，开展PBL模式课程教学改革实践。研究围绕三大真实问题重构课程内容，设计六个序列化PBL任务并实施教学。结果表明：学生职业规划能力总分从122.52提升至142.09，自我认知与确立目标能力增幅显著；督导、同行及学生评教均给予积极反馈。研究证实PBL模式能有效提升学生职业规划能力与课堂参与度，为公共基础课教学改革提供了可操作的实践路径。

Abstract: The course of “career development and employment guidance” in application-oriented universities has long been faced with the problems of standardization of teaching content and simplification of teaching methods. Based on the concept of OBE, this study takes the logistics engineering major of Nanning University as the object, and carries out the teaching reform practice of PBL mode course. The research reorganized the course content around three real problems, designed six serialized PBL tasks and implemented teaching. The results show that the total score of students’ career planning ability has increased from 122.52 to 142.09, and the ability of self-cognition and goal establishment has increased significantly. Positive feedback was given by supervisors, peers and students. The research confirms that PBL model can effectively improve students’ career planning ability and classroom participation, and provides an operable practical path for the teaching reform of public basic courses.
