The World of Plants, The Flavor of Life, and Encounters in This World are Wang Zengqi’s three most celebrated collections of prose, covering a wide range of subjects including flora and fauna, culinary delights, and reminiscences of old friends, offering a comprehensive view of his lexical repertoire.
