马克思人的全面发展理论视域下当代青年的发展困境与出路

The Development Dilemma and Pathways of Contemporary Youth from the Perspective of Marx’s Theory of All-Round Human Development

摘要: 马克思人的全面发展理论是马克思主义理论的重要组成部分，揭示了人的发展、个性解放与社会发展的辩证关系，为审视现实中人的发展问题提供科学理论范式。新时代背景下，当代青年作为民族复兴的中坚力量，拥有更加丰富的发展资源，但也面临价值认知偏差、社会交往弱化、综合素养培育片面化等现实发展困境。本文立足于马克思人的全面发展理论的核心内涵，剖析当代青年在价值观念、社会交往、能力素养层面的现实困境，从价值引领、实践能力培育、社会关系建构与独立人格塑造三个维度探索青年发展困境的纾解路径，以期推动当代青年实现个人与社会相统一的自由而全面发展，为新时代青年成长成才提供理论参考。

Abstract: The theory of all-round human development is an important component of Marxist theory, which reveals the dialectical relationship among human development, individual liberation and social progress, and provides a scientific theoretical paradigm for examining practical human‑development issues. Against the background of the new era, contemporary youth, as the backbone of national rejuvenation, are endowed with richer development resources, yet they are confronted with practical dilemmas such as deviation in value cognition, weakening social communication and one‑sided cultivation of comprehensive qualities. Based on the core connotation of Marx’s theory of all-round human development, this paper analyzes the realistic predicaments of contemporary youth in values, social interaction and competence literacy. It explores the mitigation paths for youth development dilemmas from three dimensions including value guidance, practical‑ability cultivation, social‑relationship construction and independent‑personality shaping, so as to promote contemporary youth to realize free and all‑round development integrating individual pursuit and social needs, and offer theoretical references for the growth of youth in the new era.
