江柏华教授从肺脾同调论治过敏性鼻炎经验

Professor Jiang Baihua’s Experience in Treating Allergic Rhinitis from the Perspective of Lung and Spleen Harmonization

摘要: 过敏性鼻炎(AR)作为内科常见病之一，以阵发性鼻痒、喷嚏、清涕、鼻塞为主症，具有反复发作、遇风寒加重、缓解期体倦纳差的临床特点。西医主要依赖于免疫调节与抗炎、抗过敏药物治疗。中医将其归属“鼻鼽”范畴。历代医家及现代临床研究均证实，过敏性鼻炎的发生发展及治疗与肺脾肾三脏密不可分，其中肺脾气虚证为临床多见。近年来，中医药医治该病的优势越来越受到中西医学术界的广泛重视。江柏华教授基于《内经》及《脾胃论》的理论结合多年临床实践积累的丰富个人经验，提出“肺脾同调、培土生金”为鼻鼽核心辨治思路之一。此文归纳总结了江柏华教授治疗过敏性鼻炎的治疗经验，总结为培土生金法基础上，辅以散风祛邪法、清热燥湿法、活血通络法。

Abstract: Allergic rhinitis (AR) is one of the common diseases in internal medicine, with paroxysmal nasal itching, sneezing, nasal discharge, nasal congestion as the main symptoms. It has the clinical characteristics of repeated attacks, worsening when exposed to wind and cold, and fatigue and poor appetite during remission. Western medicine mainly depends on immune regulation and anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic drug treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the category of “Biqiu”. Ancient physicians and modern clinical studies have confirmed that the occurrence, development and treatment of allergic rhinitis are inseparable from the three organs of lung, spleen and kidney, among which lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome is more common in clinical practice. In recent years, the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating the disease have been paid more and more attention by the academic circles of Chinese and Western medicine. Based on the theory of “Internal Classic” and “Spleen and Stomach Theory”, Professor Jiang Baihua has accumulated rich personal experience in clinical practice for many years, and put forward that “lung and spleen are in harmony, and reinforcing earth to generate metal” is one of the core ideas of syndrome differentiation and treatment of allergic rhinitis. This article summarizes the treatment experience of Professor Jiang Baihua in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, which is based on the method of reinforcing earth to generate metal and supplemented by the methods of dispersing wind and eliminating evil, clearing heat and drying dampness, and activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals.
