Algorithmic Discipline and the Labor Alienation of Self-Media Practitioners: Real-World Manifestations, Generative Logic, and Practical Approaches

摘要: 数字技术与平台经济的深度融合正在重塑劳动形态，自媒体从业者的创作活动在“自由接单”的表象之下被全面纳入资本增殖的算法体系。文章立足马克思主义异化劳动理论，指出算法规训是资本逻辑向数字空间延伸的新型控制形态。平台数据垄断构成异化的结构性前提，算法技术化规训构成日常化机制，主体内化构成自我再生产路径，MCN中介角色则使异化在不同从业者群体中呈现分化。要超越这一困境，需以制度规范划定平台权力边界，以技术治理矫正算法价值偏差，以主体觉醒激活劳动者自觉意识。

Abstract: The deep integration of digital technology and the platform economy is reshaping the form of labor. Under the appearance of “freelance order-taking,” the creative activities of self-media practitioners have been comprehensively incorporated into the algorithmic system of capital accumulation. Grounded in Marxist theory of alienated labor, this article argues that algorithmic discipline represents a new form of control through which capital logic extends into digital space. Platform data monopoly constitutes the structural premise of alienation, algorithmic technical discipline functions as its daily mechanism, subjective internalization serves as the path of self-reproduction, and the intermediary role of MCN agencies causes alienation to manifest differently across various groups of practitioners. To transcend this predicament, it is necessary to delineate the boundaries of platform power through institutional regulation, correct the value biases of algorithms through technological governance, and activate workers’ self-awareness through subjective awakening.
