摘要: 教育家精神是对新时代优秀教师集体风貌和精神品质的深刻总结，为新时代高校教师素质能力提升提供了根本遵循。以教育家精神引领高校思政课教师素质能力提升，对于服务教育强国战略、加强高校思政课教师队伍建设、提升立德树人能力、促进思政课高质量发展具有重要价值。以教育家精神赋能高校思政课教师素质能力提升可从理念引领、主体激活、平台支撑、实践深化等方面展开实施途径设计，以丰富高校思政课教师素质能力提升体系。

Abstract: The spirit of educators is a profound summary of the collective character and spiritual quality of excellent teachers in the new era, and provides a fundamental guideline for the improvement of the quality and ability of college teachers in the new era. Leading the improvement of the quality and ability of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities with the spirit of educator is of great value for serving the strategy of strengthening the country in education, strengthening the construction of teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, improving the ability to cultivate morality, and promoting the high-quality development of ideological and political courses.
