灾害事件下实习护生灾害准备度现状及影响因素

摘要: 目的：了解在灾害事件背景下实习护生灾害准备度现状及相关影响因素，为提高实习护生的灾害准备度提供参考和依据。方法：采用自制一般资料调查表、中文版灾害准备度评估工具、心理弹性水平量表以及社会支持水平量表，以纸质问卷与网络问卷形式对上海市某三甲医院180名实习护生进行调查。结果：180名实习护生的灾害准备度得分为(153.344 ± 41.369)分，条目平均分为(3.41 ± 1.71)，灾害准备度为中等。实习护生灾害准备度的显著影响因素有学历、心理弹性水平、社会支持水平、就读学校有无开设专业的灾害护理课程、是否在急诊或重症医学科实习过、是否在实习所在医院参加过救灾行动。结论：灾害事件背景下实习护生灾害准备度处于中等水平。应加强实习护生的专业灾害护理课程教育，积极推进学历提升工作，开展灾害护理培训提升实习护生的灾害准备度，发挥其灾害救援后备军的作用。
Abstract: Purpose: Understand the current status of disaster preparedness among student nurses in the context of disaster events and the related influencing factors, in order to provide reference and basis for improving the disaster preparedness of student nurses. Methods: A self-designed general information questionnaire, the Chinese version of the Disaster Preparedness Assessment Tool, the Psychological Resilience Scale, and the Social Support Scale were used to survey 180 intern nurses at a tertiary hospital in Shanghai, using both paper and online questionnaires. Results: The disaster preparedness score of 180 intern nursing students was (153.344 ± 41.369), with an average item score of (3.41 ± 1.71), indicating a moderate level of disaster preparedness. Significant factors affecting the disaster preparedness of intern nursing students include educational background, level of psychological resilience, level of social support, whether their school offers specialized disaster nursing courses, whether they have interned in the emergency department or intensive care unit, and whether they have participated in disaster relief activities at their internship hospital. Conclusion: Under the context of disaster events, the disaster preparedness of nursing interns is at a moderate level. It is necessary to strengthen professional disaster nursing education for nursing interns, actively promote academic advancement, and conduct disaster nursing training to enhance their disaster preparedness, thereby serving as a reserve force for disaster relief.
