Research on the Non-Pharmacological Intervention Mechanism and Pathway for Alzheimer’s Patients from the Strengths Perspective with Social Work Intervention

摘要: 本研究以优势视角为理论框架，探讨社会工作介入阿尔茨海默症(AD)患者非药物干预的机制与路径。随着老龄化加剧，AD成为重大健康威胁，病因未明且缺乏特效药物，非药物干预因此受到关注。当前研究多聚焦单一技术效果，缺乏对作用机制及干预路径间关系的整合分析。阿尔茨海默症影响广泛，涉及家庭照护、社会支持及公众认知。社会工作的专业视角与优势视角理论相结合，为AD非药物干预提供了新思路。研究阐述了认知重塑机制，包括去标签化、认知框架转换和希望感重建，并提出了个体、家庭、社会多层次的实践路径，为AD干预实践的本土化与专业化提供理论支持。

Abstract: Based on the strengths perspective as the theoretical framework, this study explores the mechanism and path of social work intervention in non-pharmacological interventions for patients with Alzheimer’s disease (AD). With the intensification of population aging, AD has become a major health threat. Its etiology remains unclear and there is a lack of specific effective drugs, thus non-pharmacological interventions have attracted increasing attention. Existing studies mostly focus on the effects of single technologies, lacking an integrated analysis of the action mechanism and the correlation between different intervention paths. Alzheimer’s disease has far-reaching impacts, involving family caregiving, social support and public cognition. The integration of the professional perspective of social work and the strengths perspective theory provides a new approach for non-pharmacological interventions for AD. This study elaborates on the cognitive remodeling mechanism, including de-stigmatization, transformation of cognitive frameworks and reconstruction of hope, and puts forward multi-level practical paths at the individual, family and social levels, so as to provide theoretical support for the localization and professionalization of AD intervention practices.
