Antecedents, Mechanisms, and Future Research Directions of Entrepreneurial Resilience
摘要: 本文对创业韧性的相关文献进行了全面综述。首先介绍了创业韧性的概念内涵，包括其定义、特征及与相关概念的区别与联系。随后深入分析了创业韧性的前因变量，如个人特质、社会支持、创业经验等，以及其对创业成功、创新行为、创业坚持等后果变量的影响机制。最后指出当前研究的不足，并对未来研究方向进行了展望，旨在为该领域的进一步研究提供系统的参考框架和理论基础。
Abstract: This paper provides a comprehensive review of the literature on entrepreneurial resilience. It first introduces the conceptual of entrepreneurial resilience, including its definition, characteristics, and distinctions and connections with related concepts. Subsequently, it delves into the antecedent variables of entrepreneurial resilience—such as personal traits, social support, and entrepreneurial experience—and examines their mechanisms of influence on outcome variables such as entrepreneurial success, innovative behavior, and persistence in entrepreneurship. Finally, the paper identifies current research limitations and outlines future research directions, aiming to provide a systematic reference framework and theoretical foundation for further studies in this field.
