德阳市数字经济赋能县域治理能力的耦合协调发展研究

Research on the Coupling Coordination Development of Digital Economy Empowering County-Level Governance Capacity in Deyang City

摘要: 本研究选取四川省德阳市2015~2025年的数字经济发展和县域治理能力发展时间序列数据，运用耦合协调模型，分析数字经济与县域治理能力的耦合协调关系。结果表明，德阳市数字经济与县域治理能力综合指数均呈持续上升趋势，两系统互动关系较强且耦合协调度呈逐年上升趋势。数字经济与县域治理能力子系统的耦合异质性显著。并提出加强数字经济与县域治理能力相互赋能的政策建议。

Abstract: This paper utilizes time-series data on digital economy development and county-level governance capacity development in Deyang City, Sichuan Province from 2015 to 2025, and employs a coupling coordination model to analyze the coupling coordination relationship between the digital economy and county-level governance capacity. The results show that the composite indices of both the digital economy and county-level governance capacity in Deyang City exhibit a sustained upward trend, with a strong interaction between the two systems and a year-by-year increase in the degree of coupling coordination. The coupling heterogeneity among the subsystems of the digital economy and county-level governance capacity is significant. Policy recommendations are further proposed to strengthen the mutual empowerment between the digital economy and county-level governance capacity.
