项目式教学模式下“工程招投标实训”课程教学改革研究——基于角色扮演的实践探索

Research on Teaching Reform of the “Engineering Bidding and Tendering Training” Course under the Project-Based Teaching Model—Practical Exploration Based on Role-Playing

摘要: 随着社会对复合应用型人才需求的增长，项目式教学模式在高校实训类课程中的应用，正对人才培养产生根本性影响。本文基于项目式教学融合角色扮演的方法，以“工程招投标实训”课程为实践载体，系统阐述该模式在该课程中的构建路径与实施策略。通过在课程中引入真实工程项目，学生以角色扮演的方式参与课堂实践，该模式有效打破了传统教学中知识碎片化的传授困境，构建了学习主动性，实现了课堂理论与工程实践的理实融合，切实提升了学生的综合能力、职业素养和相关岗位的胜任力。

Abstract: With the growing demand for applied, interdisciplinary talents in society, project-based teaching models are exerting a fundamental impact on talent development in university practical training courses. Based on integrating project-based teaching with role-playing methods, this paper takes “Engineering Bidding and Tendering Training” as a practical case to systematically explore the construction path and implementation strategies of this model. By introducing real engineering projects into the course and enabling students to participate in classroom practice through role-playing, this approach effectively overcomes the fragmented knowledge delivery common in traditional teaching. It fosters student initiative, integrates theoretical learning with practical engineering experience, and significantly enhances students’ comprehensive abilities, professional competence, and job readiness.
