产教融合背景下《工程管理概论》课程教学改革探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Teaching Reform for the Course “Introduction to Engineering Management” in the Context of Industry-Education Integration

摘要: 针对工程管理专业核心课程工程管理概论，分析课程传统教学中存在的问题，以产出为导向，融入产教融合，课程教学改革，在课程目标完善、教学设计重构、教学案例开发、AI教学赋能、基地建设强化等方面改革实践，并对教学效果进行评价分析。

Abstract: Focusing on the core course “Introduction to Engineering Management” in engineering management majors, this paper analyzes the issues present in traditional teaching methods. Adopting an output-oriented approach and integrating industry-education collaboration, we have implemented curriculum reform. This includes refining course objectives, reconstructing teaching designs, developing teaching cases, leveraging AI in teaching, and strengthening base construction. Furthermore, we have conducted an evaluation and analysis of the teaching effectiveness.
