未来产业背景下应用型大学研究生教育改革路径探究

An Exploration of Pathways for Reforming Postgraduate Education at Applied Universities in the Context of Future Industries

摘要: 发展未来产业是赢得未来主动权的关键，应用型大学须主动推进研究生教育改革，更好地满足未来产业发展需求。本文在分析应用型大学面向未来产业推进研究生教育改革的必要性的基础上，针对应用型大学在改革研究生教育中面临的学科专业布局与产业需求错位、产教融合流于表层、评价体系偏离应用型培养定位以及办学资源支撑改革能力不足四重现实挑战，提出调整学科专业布局、深化产教协同培养、改革评价激励机制、补齐办学资源短板的未来产业背景下应用型大学研究生教育改革路径。

Abstract: The development of future industries is key to securing a leading position in the future; applied universities must proactively advance reforms in postgraduate education to better meet the needs of future industrial development. Building upon an analysis of the necessity for applied universities to advance postgraduate education reform with a focus on future industries, this paper addresses the four practical challenges faced by such institutions in reforming postgraduate education: a mismatch between the structure of academic disciplines and specialisations and industrial demands; superficial integration of industry and education; an evaluation system that deviates from the applied training orientation; and insufficient institutional resources to support reform. It proposes a reform pathway for postgraduate education at applied universities in the context of future industries, involving the adjustment of the structure of academic disciplines and specialisations, the deepening of collaborative industry-education training, the reform of evaluation and incentive mechanisms, and addressing shortcomings in institutional resources.
