能力导向土木信息化实践教学模式研究

Research on Ability-Oriented Civil Engineering Informatization Practice Teaching Mode

摘要: 有关土木行业数字化转型的人才信息化实践要求具有复合性质，传统实践教学所涉技术及能力常有不匹配之处。文中将能力导向教育、PBL、CDIO诸种工程教育思路作一归纳整理，以能力为着眼点讨论土木信息化教学目前的困难，指出能力导向教学的基本含义及其意义，把分层能力目标同多学科内容加以关联，就具体教学模块做相应设计并给出实施方法，同时思考推广中可能遇到的问题及对策，最后把所得结论作为土木信息化人才培养上较完整的理论说明或可行方案予以交代。

Abstract: The practical requirements for talent informatization in the digital transformation of the civil engineering industry are complex, and there are often mismatches in the technology and abilities involved in traditional practical teaching. The article summarizes and organizes various engineering education ideas such as ability-oriented education, PBL, and CDIO, and discusses the current difficulties in civil engineering informatization teaching from the perspective of ability. It points out the basic meaning and significance of ability-oriented teaching, links hierarchical ability goals with interdisciplinary content, designs corresponding teaching modules and provides implementation methods, and considers possible problems and countermeasures in promotion. Finally, the conclusions are presented as a relatively complete theoretical explanation or feasible plan for cultivating civil engineering informatization talents.
