线下实践类体育专业课课程思政融入路径研究——以田径课程为例

Research on the Integration Paths of Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education into Practical Offline Sports Courses—A Case Study of the Track and Field Course

摘要: 高校体育专业课是落实立德树人根本任务的重要载体，线下实践类体育专业课以身体练习为核心、以现场实操为主要形式，具备情境真实、体验直接、互动充分的独特育人优势。田径课程作为体育教育、运动训练等专业的核心线下实践课程，蕴含拼搏精神、规则意识、团队协作等丰富思政元素，是开展课程思政的典型场域。当前高校田径课程在思政融入过程中，普遍存在思政元素与技能教学融合生硬、评价方式单一、教师思政素养不足、实践载体利用不充分等问题，导致课程思政呈现“硬融入、表面化、碎片化”特征，难以实现价值引领与技能训练的有机统一。本研究以田径课程为研究对象，运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、案例分析法，系统梳理田径课程思政建设的发展现状，深入剖析融入过程中的现实困境，从内容体系构建、评价机制完善、师资能力提升、教学载体创新四个维度，提出系统化、可操作的融入路径，旨在破解线下实践类体育专业课课程思政“两张皮”难题，为同类课程思政建设提供理论参考与实践范式，推动体育专业教育实现“育体”与“育人”协同发展，助力高校培养德技并修、身心两健的高素质体育人才。

Abstract: Specialized physical education courses in universities serve as a crucial vehicle for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. Centered on physical practice and conducted primarily through hands-on, in-person activities, offline practical PE courses offer unique educational advantages, such as authentic contexts, direct experiential learning, and robust interaction. As a core practical course for majors such as Physical Education and Sports Training, the track and field curriculum embodies rich ideological and political elements-including the spirit of striving, awareness of rules, and teamwork-making it an ideal setting for integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum. However, current efforts to integrate these elements into university track and field courses often suffer from forced integration, superficiality, and fragmentation. Common issues include awkward blending of ideological content with skills training, a lack of diverse assessment methods, insufficient teacher competence in this area, and underutilization of practical teaching platforms. Consequently, it is difficult to achieve a seamless synergy between value guidance and skills training. Focusing on the track and field curriculum, this study employs literature review, logical analysis, and case study methods to systematically examine the current state of ideological and political integration and to analyze the practical challenges involved. It proposes a systematic and actionable integration pathway across four dimensions: content system construction, assessment mechanism refinement, faculty capacity building, and teaching innovation. The study aims to resolve the problem of the “disconnection” between ideological education and practical skills training in such courses, providing a theoretical reference and practical model for similar initiatives. Ultimately, it seeks to promote the coordinated development of physical and character education, helping universities cultivate high-quality sports professionals who excel in both ethics and skills, and who possess both physical and mental well-being.
