基于行动者网络理论的深圳大学体育浸润行动计划实施路径研究

A Study on the Implementation Path of the Sports Infiltration Action Plan of Shenzhen University Based on Actor-Network Theory

摘要: 立足乡村振兴与县域普通高中振兴行动计划的政策叠加背景，高校对口支援县域学校成为推动教育均衡发展的重要抓手。本文以深圳大学体育浸润行动计划为例，运用行为者网络理论对高校开展的体育帮扶探索由“输血”向“造血”的转变进行研究。通过“问题呈现–利益赋予–征召–动员–异议处理”等转译过程，形成“高校引进型–校地本土型–县域种子型”逐级下沉的实践路径，有效突破人力、资源与制度层面的发展壁垒，推动帮扶机制实现持续的造血式升级。研究发现，行为者网络理论对复杂主体的交互性逻辑具有解释效力，沉降式落地模式对大学生服务县域体育教育振兴具有适用性。

Abstract: In the context of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the Action Plan for the Revitalization of Ordinary High Schools in Countryside, the support of the university for the county-level school has become an important lever to promote the balanced development of urban and rural education. Taking the Sports Infiltration Action Plan of Shenzhen University as a case, based on Actor-Network-Theory (ANT), this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the transformation mechanism and implementation path of the assistance for university sports from “blood transfusion” to “hematopoiesis” (self-sustaining development). The project gradually established a collaborative “University-Introduced-Local Adapted-County-Level Seed” network through the transnational process of problematization, interessement, enrollment, mobilization and handling of dissent, this network successfully broke through the bottleneck of resources, talented people and institutions, thus realized the iterative upgrading of assistance model. The study indicates that Actor-Network Theory can be used to explain the interactive logic of multiple actors and the “settled landing” model offers replicable and practical paradigm for universities to service the local area and revitalize the county-level sports education.
