近二十年靳三针治疗中风的研究现状、热点及演变趋势——一项基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer文献计量学分析

Research Status, Hotspots, and Evolution Trends of Jin’s Three-Needle Therapy for Stroke over the Past Two Decades—A Bibliometric Analysis Based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer

摘要: 目的：分析近二十年靳三针治疗中风领域的研究现状、热点及演变趋势。方法：检索中国知网(CNKI) 2005年1月1日至2026年8月15日相关文献，最终纳入494篇。采用Microsoft Excel 2019统计年度发文量，运用VOSviewer和CiteSpace进行作者、机构及关键词的可视化分析。结果：2005~2026年发文量总体呈波动上升趋势，2019年达到峰值。广州中医药大学及其第一附属医院为主要研究机构，庄礼兴、贺君等为代表性作者，团队内部合作较为紧密，但跨团队合作有限。关键词聚类获得12个有效聚类，研究内容主要涉及颞三针、舌三针、咽三针、四神针、偏瘫、吞咽障碍、认知障碍及康复训练等。研究热点由早期针法及适应证探索，逐步向疗效评价、联合康复及运动、吞咽、语言、认知等多维功能恢复拓展。结论：靳三针治疗中风研究已形成一定规模，研究重点逐渐由单一针法及症状改善向多维功能康复与机制探索转变。应加强跨机构合作，规范针刺方案，并开展高质量、多中心临床研究。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the research status, hotspots, and evolution trends of Jin’s Three-Needle Therapy for stroke over the past two decades. Methods: Relevant literature published from January 1, 2005 to August 15, 2026 was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and 494 articles were finally included. Microsoft Excel 2019 was used to analyze annual publication output, while VOSviewer and CiteSpace were applied to visualize authors, institutions, and keywords. Results: The annual number of publications showed an overall fluctuating upward trend from 2005 to 2026, reaching a peak in 2019. Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and its First Affiliated Hospital were the major research institutions, with Zhuang Lixing and He Jun among the representative authors. Collaboration was relatively close within research teams but limited across teams. Keyword clustering yielded 12 valid clusters, mainly involving temporal three-needle therapy, tongue three-needle therapy, pharyngeal three-needle therapy, Sishen needle therapy, hemiplegia, dysphagia, cognitive impairment, and rehabilitation training. Research hotspots gradually shifted from early exploration of acupuncture techniques and indications toward efficacy evaluation, combined rehabilitation, and multidimensional functional recovery involving motor, swallowing, language, and cognitive functions. Conclusion: Research on Jin’s Three-Needle Therapy for stroke has developed to a certain scale, with the focus gradually shifting from individual acupuncture techniques and symptom improvement toward multidimensional functional rehabilitation and mechanism exploration. Future studies should strengthen inter-institutional collaboration, standardize acupuncture protocols, and conduct high-quality multicenter clinical studies.
