“1 + 3 + 2”教育理念下地方高校校企融合人才培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of a University Industry Integrated Talent Development Model under the “1 + 3 + 2” Educational Philosophy

摘要: 面向教育强国建设、辽宁全面振兴和冶金产业转型升级需求，辽宁科技大学立足行业办学传统，提出“一个体系铸魂、三类知识强基、两种能力锻才”的“1 + 3 + 2”教育理念。针对地方高校人才培养与产业需求衔接不紧、知识结构学科化、实践能力培养碎片化等问题，构建价值塑造统领、复合知识支撑、核心能力导向、校企深度协同的人才培养模式。通过校企共同开展需求分析、重构专业与产业链知识体系、引入真实工程项目、建设双元师资和实践平台、实施多主体评价与持续改进，推动教育链、人才链、产业链和创新链有机衔接。“1 + 3 + 2”教育理念将立德树人、知识更新和能力发展统一于产业实践，为地方高校培养具有家国情怀、复合知识、终身学习能力和复杂问题解决能力的高素质应用型人才提供了系统路径。

Abstract: To meet the needs of building a strong education system, revitalizing Liaoning and upgrading the metallurgical industry, University of Science and Technology Liaoning has developed the “1 + 3 + 2” educational philosophy: one value-shaping system, three categories of knowledge and two core abilities. This study addresses the weak alignment between talent supply and industrial demand, discipline-bound knowledge structures and fragmented practical training in local universities. A university-industry integrated model is proposed, featuring value guidance, composite knowledge, capability orientation and deep collaboration. Its implementation includes joint demand analysis, reconstruction of disciplinary and industrial-chain knowledge, authentic engineering projects, dual-source faculty and practice platforms, multi-stakeholder assessment and continuous improvement. The model connects education, talent, industry and innovation chains, and provides a systematic path for developing application-oriented graduates with social responsibility, composite knowledge, lifelong learning ability and complex problem-solving ability.
