人工智能时代研究生写作的伦理边界与规范

Ethical Boundaries and Norms of Graduate Student Writing in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

摘要: 生成式人工智能为研究生科研写作提供了新的工具，但也带来学术伦理挑战。本研究在梳理研究生使用人工智能写作现状的基础上，分析不当使用引发的学术诚信、知识产权、思维弱化和社会伦理等问题，并基于技术向善与科研创新的价值取向，从制度、教育和技术三个层面提出治理建议，并设计《高校研究生使用AI工具学术规范指南（草案）》及“AI与学术伦理”课程模块大纲，以厘清人工智能时代研究生论文写作的伦理边界，提升研究生科研能力。

Abstract: Generative artificial intelligence provides new tools for graduate students’ research writing, but it also brings academic ethical challenges. Based on a review of the current situation of graduate students’ use of AI in writing, this study analyzes problems, such as academic integrity, intellectual property, the weakening of thinking, and social ethics caused by inappropriate use. Guided by the values of technology for good and research innovation, it proposes governance recommendations at the institutional, educational, and technological levels. It also designs the Guidelines for the Academic Use of AI Tools by University Graduate Students (Draft) and an outline for the course module “AI and Academic Ethics”, in order to clarify the ethical boundaries of graduate student thesis writing in the era of artificial intelligence and enhance graduate students’ research capabilities.
